I’ve just got this blog live and I was going to leave these clips for a couple of days but I’m thinking that with all the detritus lying around on the web it’s better to get these clips out now.
The first time I even thought of Watchmen the film being a reality was when I was reading a thread online about trailers for the movie ‘300′. The chat was that hidden inside the trailer for 300 was a shot of Rorschach. Places such as Yellow Stereo, Aint it Cool News and Binky the Doormat all had the scoop on their sites/blogs. OK the still was a test shot that Snyder had done - he’s going to be directing Watchmen and also did 300. This is something that kinda scares me - 300 looked great but was pretty rubbish Watchmen is going to require a far more skilled hand at story telling than was the case in 300.
